The Telecomstroy Company
was incorporated in 1998 on the basis of three St. Petersburg
companies, which had been in the iness from 1994. The purpose of the
incorporation was combination of the engineering, professional, and
financial abilities of several companies of St. Petersburg to
provide the full range of services in communication networks
construction.

Zheleznogorsk has become one of Russia’s few cities using digital
exchanges only.
